UrinalFly on TV!

March 12, 2010 03:49 by admin

Today was a monumental day in urinal history.  The urinal fly was profiled by the great folks at Good Day Sacramento.  I got to participate in my first TV interview (via Skype) and luckily I did not pee myself.  Though I guess it would not have mattered since they only film from the neck up.  I didn’t even need to wear pants.  Or shoes.  Ok, back to the story.  The taping took place this morning and the producer, Madelyn, was great and helped me through some nerves and technical difficulties.  The questions were fun and direct.  Check out the interview here and let me know what you think.

Potty Targets are Here!

Potty Targets are here!  Moms and Dads, we have listened to you.  You can stop making the boys use the cat’s bathroom.  No more wondering if the boys got more on the floor or in the bowl or if they were actually aiming for the wall.  Now you can give them something to aim for and even help with potty training.  4 fun designs are included and will be enough to keep the young boys (and men, they never grow up) occupied.

Installation instructions are in this post.

UrinalFly in the News, again and again.

Here are some quick links to news articles that reference the Fly.  We're gonna be big.

There are many more but you can Google them as well as I can.  Have a great new year!

Yes, you can use the Fly in a toilet

Can you use the Urinal Fly (or our other decals) in a standard toilet? Yes you can! We get asked this question often and I have not updated the FAQ yet. The decals work great in a normal toilet and are the perfect addition to any house with young boys (or men) in the house. Here is the installation technique. So easy that anyone can do it. 1. Clean toilet 2. Turn off water valve (located behind toilet, on the wall) 3. Flush (this will empty the bowl) 4. Let sit for a few minutes to dry 5. Dry application area well with a paper towel (yes, you have to stick your hand in the toilet. Just remember, it means less time cleaning the bathroom in the future.) 6. Apply decal 7. Turn on valve. You are ready to go! So where should you apply it? I suggest placing the decal just below the waterline, about 1 inch (25mm) off center. Send us your success stories and you may be published in this blog. You may even win a UrinalFly.com T-shirt. Good luck.
